WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PURCHASE AN ONLINE ASSESSMENT?

Access to DiSC® family of products electronically within 24 hours.

1. Place your order online under “Buy Products” and pay using Visa or Mastercard.

2. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email.

3. Within 24 business hours, you will receive an email from us with your Access Code(s) and instructions on how to administer the assessment you purchased.

If you are an HR or Talent manager requiring multiple assessments and/or large volumes of assessments, follow these additional steps.

1. ​​Next, you will send an email with instructions and access code to your respondents. Use this sample
   Recommendation: Ask the respondent to email you a copy of their profile once they’ve completed.  We will also provide you with a zip file of reports, but this is only provided once ALL assessments purchased have been completed.
   Note: If you have a large number of people taking DiSC, we recommend that you purchase an Administration Account, this will allow you to generate the reports immediately as well as turn viewing on/off so that you get to decide when the respondent sees their report.

2. Allow time for the respondent(s) to take their test(s). Once completed, scoring is completed by the system immediately, and the respondent will be able to view/print/save a copy of their profile in PDF.

3. Once all your respondent(s) have taken their test(s), we will send you a zip file with all of the completed reports.
